Terms of Use (EULA)

1. Acceptance of the Agreement

By downloading, installing or using IQ Testim ("the App") you accept this End User License Agreement ("EULA") and Apple Inc.’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the App and remove it from your device.

2. Scope of the License

IQ Testim grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App on your iOS device for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, decompile, rent, lend or sell the App.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

IQ Testim offers the following auto-renewing subscriptions and one-time purchases:

• Premium Monthly — ₺399/month, includes a 7-day free trial, auto-renewing subscription.
• Premium Yearly — ₺3,999/year, includes a 7-day free trial, auto-renewing subscription.
• Premium Lifetime — ₺7,999 one-time payment, non-recurring.

Payment is charged to your Apple Account upon confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The renewal charge is taken up to 24 hours before the period ends. After purchase you can manage or cancel your subscription in Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions on your device. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when a subscription is purchased.

4. Purpose of the App and Disclaimer

IQ Testim is designed for entertainment and personal development. The tests, scores and suggestions in the App are not a substitute for a clinical assessment, medical diagnosis or treatment. For a comprehensive and formal assessment of intelligence we recommend consulting a licensed psychologist or specialist.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You may not take any action that would disrupt the operation of the App, harm other users or threaten the security of the service.

6. Intellectual Property

The App and all questions, images, design and software within it are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. All rights belong to IQ Testim and its licensors.

7. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is". No warranty is given that the App will operate uninterrupted, error-free or securely. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, IQ Testim shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or punitive damages arising from use of the App.

9. Termination

This EULA remains in force until terminated by you or by IQ Testim. If you breach the terms, your agreement ends immediately and you must stop using the App and remove it from your device.

10. Changes

IQ Testim may update this agreement from time to time. Significant changes will be announced inside the App. Continuing to use the App after an updated agreement is published means you accept the changes.

11. Third-Party Beneficiaries

You acknowledge that Apple Inc. and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA and that, upon your acceptance of the EULA, they have the right to enforce this agreement against you.

12. Governing Law and Contact

This agreement is construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. For questions about this EULA:
